30/365 Making Plans

Sometimes I find myself standing in random places around my apartment, thinking about my plans, goals and how they affect my overall mental health. I’m still learning a lot about myself and what habits and environments make me feel happy, productive or calm. Sometimes when I’m feeling anxious, it’s because I haven’t moved my body around much in a few hours. The quickest way to cure that is to go downstairs to sweat on the elliptical or try some free weights in the gym. I rarely stay in there long, but even a few minutes can really help my mood. It’s easier to focus too.
