12/365 Sweating in the Gym. I got goals!

I didn’t get down to the gym in time so I didn’t have as much time on the elliptical as I had hoped but I did manage to break a sweat. Getting my heart rate up and sweating is my main goal in the morning. Then I do a little stretching, I’m trying to get back to doing the splits! My head gets all shiny but since I wear layers, I can’t quite tell where else I perspire as I’m working out. I’m glad because I don’t want wet stains on my shirts and tights!
