I’ve been a bit shaky on my new routines the last couple of days, mostly in the evening. Despite that, I’m still feeling the positive effects of the changes I’ve made. I think the hard part is being consistent long enough to see results for specific things like fitness. I’m not sure 30 minutes of cardio in the morning and yoga in the evening will be enough to help me meet my goals but it hasn’t been that long since I started. Before I freak out and add on more hours of sweating, I’m going to stick with it for at least 30 days. So far it’s been about 10 so there’s more to go!
